The EnergyArc

The EnergyArc reframes daily energy not as productivity but as physical sensation: the rising alertness after stretching, the midday slump behind the eyes, the light tension around the ribs, the evening settle. The app visualizes these patterns as arcs that curve differently based on intensity and duration. The UI uses slow arc-drawing animations that mirror breath cycles. When logging, the user picks the sensation intensity, notes where in the body it appeared, describes the energetic quality (sharp, warm, muted, flutter), and chooses a time segment.
