My Plastic Bag Orchestra

This is an unusual art journal and collection experiment that transforms everyday noise into imaginary music. The app invites you to view ordinary crumpled plastic bags as unique "instruments," each with its own character, texture, and sound genre. The user creates a personal orchestra from the rustling, crunching, and whispering sounds of plastic, documenting the visual image of the bag and assigning it a musical mood. The app's main idea is to develop attention to detail and a creative perception of the environment. There is no real sound here: the music exists in the imagination. Each photograph becomes a note, and the collection an abstract score of everyday life. Main Screen The main screen is a stage where a new member of the orchestra appears. The "Photograph Bag" button opens a choice: take a photo with the camera or upload an image from the gallery. After adding a bag, the user fills out the bag card: Name (up to 20 characters) — like the instrument's name Sound genre — the author's noise classification Comment (up to 40 characters) — association, mood, image The "Save" and "Cancel" buttons complete the action. Below is the "Last Orchestra Member" section — a mini-showcase of the latest addition: photo, name, genre, and date. This creates the feeling of a living, growing ensemble. If the collection is empty, the screen greets you with a poetic state of anticipation: "The orchestra is empty. Crush the first bag — and hear its music." Navigation is accomplished by swiping between tabs: Main → Bags → Sound Log → Stats → Settings Bags Screen This is the orchestra archive — a gallery of all recorded bags. Each entry contains: a mini-preview photo title sound genre date comment Sorting by date or genre is available, allowing you to track the evolution of the user's taste and mood. Swiping on an entry opens quick actions: edit delete Tapping on a card reveals a full-size image and details—like examining an exhibit in a museum of sound forms. The empty state reminds you: "The collection is empty. Add your first pack." Sound Log Screen This is a music catalog of imaginary genres created by the user. Each genre is displayed as a separate category with the number of packs within: Soft Ambient Rustle — 4 Bags Crunchy Noise Rock — 1 Bag Minimalistic Whisper — 2 Bags Tapping on a genre opens a list of all related packs and the date they were added. An additional button, "Random bag from this genre," selects a random "instrument," creating an improvisational effect. The screen transforms into a personal library of sound ideas and artistic associations. Stats Screen Stats reveal the orchestra's hidden structure: Total number of bags Most common genre Rarest genre Most Intricate Crumple — the bag with the longest commentary Quiet Hall — days without new additions streak — a series of consecutive days with additions This screen adds an element of play and observation of creative activity.
