The Sketch-to-Shape

This app is a space for imagination, where everything starts small. With a single line. With a tiny dash. With a barely noticeable swirl. You don't have to come up with an idea from scratch—it's already there. Your task is to see a story in a simple form and bring it to life. Each time you launch, the user is presented with a new starting shape: a thin line, a curved arc, an uneven stroke, or a random swirl. No prompts. Just the inscription: Draw From This… This is an invitation not to draw, but to interpret. One will see a bird. Another a wave. A third a face in profile. There is no right or wrong result here—only a personal version. Main Screen A minimalist canvas—white or slightly textured, like paper. In the center is the starting stroke, which becomes the starting point. The tools are intentionally limited: 1-2 brush types 3 thickness options 6 neutral shades (or a completely black and white mode) No cluttered panels. Just you, the line, and the space. When the drawing is complete, the user taps: Finish & Reveal The app gently "polishes" the result: smoothes the lines neatly outlines the contour slightly enhances the expressiveness transforms the sketch into a coherent illustration Afterwards, you're prompted to save your work. A small transformation each time. Gallery Screen The Gallery is an archive of ideas and observations. All completed works are saved automatically. You can: create categories sort by theme or mood see the evolution of your style Over time, the Gallery becomes a visual diary of your imagination. Settings Screen The app remains minimalist, but allows you to add a little surprise: Random Brushes Opens a random brush: dotted stamped wavy textured This adds a subtle element of experimentation. Add a twist Changes the original stroke: rotates reflects stretches enlarges The same line can become a dozen different stories. Minimalistic Coloring Mode Adds a neat three-color palette—for those who want to add a soft accent to their work without disrupting the purity of form.
