The CoList: TaskCircle

This app makes it easy to create lists and share them with people, even without internet access. It's suitable for any situation: shopping together, preparing for a trip, organizing an event, delegating tasks, or simply keeping personal lists. The main idea is to make planning simple, clear, and a little more lively thanks to participants. On the main screen, the user sees all created lists. They are displayed as cards with a title and a brief summary. The interface is minimalist: nothing superfluous, just a to-do list and quick access to creating a new one. Lists can be quickly opened to view the contents or make changes. The list creation screen is extremely simple. The user enters a name—for example, "Picnic," "Weekly Shopping," or "Trip Preparation." Then they can begin adding list items. Each item is freely entered, but the app suggests options based on what the user has added previously. Over time, these suggestions become increasingly accurate, speeding up list creation. Once a list is created, the user is taken to the list screen. This displays all the added items. They can be edited, deleted, or added. The "Participants" button is located at the top of the screen. In the "Participants" section, users can create cards for people who will be included in the list. Tapping the "+" button creates a new card: you can enter a name and add a photo. These cards are saved in the app, so they can be reused in other lists. The app also offers a quick way to add existing members. This approach makes lists more visual: you can see who is involved in the preparation, assign responsibilities, or simply see who you're planning with. The app works completely offline, so you can use it anywhere—on the road, at the cottage, at the store, or while traveling without a network connection. All data is stored on the user's device.
